I Have never hear of this word

parakalo.....sorry i mean hello, I am from greece and dont speak very good english and my name is nickos.
I have never hear of the word bipolar i know it as manic depresionn. I am a carer you could say, my wife she suffer with it but i have to work to feed thhe family.
It pain me to go to work when my wife she is so ill.
I dont know much about this manic depresionn, have i come to the right place? will i be able to get help?
